HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT

Massage Connection takes pride in our high level of customer care and our therapist's safety. Table massage sessions may or may not include two therapists for the price listed. It is Massage Connection's discretion whether one or two therapists will be sent to your location for your appointment. You will not be charged any additional fees, unless you are requesting a longer session.  If you would like to specifically request a tandem table massage session, please note that when scheduling your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability. 

BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR FIRST SERVICE

It is the client's responsibility to notify their therapist of any injuries and pertinent medical conditions. This information is required by law, it is protected by HIPAA, and will help your therapist provide a massage that is safe and beneficial to your needs.

PRICING

All pricing is subject to change.

PREPAYMENT

All services must be prepaid. Prepayments can be made directly on our website through online booking, over the phone, or invoice via email.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS  

Services can be refunded for the full 100% purchase price up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. A 50% refund will be honored if an appointment is cancelled within 2 -23 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If cancelling or attempting to reschedule less than 2 hours prior on the day of the scheduled appoinment or you've forgotten about the appointment, no refund will be issued.

 In the event that Massage Connection has to cancel an appointment, you will be contacted 24 hours prior to the scheduled service and the appointment can be rescheduled. A full refund can be issued in the event of a cancellation by Massage Connection with 24 hours notice.  In the event that Massage Connection has to cancel the day of a scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued & the client will receive 50% off their next service.

PROFESSIONALISM

Massage Connection has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for inappropriate behavior.  Please respect that your therapist is a licensed & insured professional, who only works within their scope of practice. 

DO NOT ask your therapist for anything beyond a therapeutic massage. Even in jest or a joking manner this behavior is inappropriate and taken very seriously. If this policy is violated, therapists have been instructed to end the session, leave the premisis, and contact our management who will then contact authorities to assist the therapist in retrieving their supplies. No refund will be issued to the client.

DO NOT disrobe in the presence of the therapist. Your therapist will step out of the room while you disrobe. 

DO NOT request that a session be performed without draping. Even if it is uncomfortable for you, this is an unwavering requirement. 

DO NOT touch your therapist during the massage. This is a violation of your therapist's boundaries and space. It is the therapist's job to massage the client, not the other way around. 

DO NOT ask therapists for their personal information. All scheduled services are booked with Massage Connection, not the therapist. If it is brought to our attention that this has happened, you will lose all credits and any value for prepaid services.

PARKING & LOCATION

 Please ensure that the location where the massage therapy service is being performed is clean and free of obstructions. For clients receiving massage in a residentail or commercial space, please give any special instructions when scheduling your appointment. This includes location of designated parking, how to access that location, gate codes, and areas where parking is not permitted. If they fail to include this information, the client will be responsible for any parking related fines or fees incurred by the therapist or Massage Connection while performing their service.

HOTELS & THE STRIP

 The cost for services performed on the Las Vegas Strip differs from our standard pricing.  Discounts & coupons can not be applied to services at hotels & Strip locations.

All appointments must be prepaid at the time of scheduling, and are based on our current availability. 

DAY OF AN APPOINMENT

Please be at your scheduled service location 15 minutes prior the time of your appointment. The therapists will arrive early to set up their equipment. If you are late, it may cut into your service time. We understand there are circumstances where a client or therapist may be late for an appointment. We just ask for an open communication and common courtesy, so please contact (702) 839-8008 in the event you will be late. Massage Connection will do their best to accommodate your full service time, as long as it doesn’t interfere with another appointment. If the client is a no call no show, 20 minutes after the appointment time, the therapist will leave and the client will not receive a refund.

GRATUITY 

Your massage therapist keeps 100% of their tips, whether cash or credit. You are not required to tip. However, in the Las Vegas Valley, tipping is customary; a well established part of our culture. This is largely true throughout the states. It is always your choice to tip, and how much to tip. Tipping is optional, but always appreciated. 

COVID-19

If you have recently been exposed to, are experiencing symptoms of or have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not schedule an appointment at this time. The therapist may be wearing a mask during the service. 

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Members may ad an additional 30 minutes to their next appointment for every client that they refer. Non-membership clients will receive 50% off their next service for a referring a client. In both cases the referred client must redeem their service prior to any discount given.  

Clients must follow all of Massage Connection's policies & procedures, and must comply with all our security measures. We care about the safety of our massage therapists. Failure to comply with policies & procedures may result in future denial of service. We reserve this right unconditionally.
